We offer a number of hire options that we hope will get you in to the habit of using video conferencing.

There are three ways to experience video conferencing:

1. We can deliver and set up a ISDN conference onsite at your premises, however you must have at least 1 ISDN2 Line in the room that you want to host your video conference.

2. We can deliver and set up an IP conference onsite over your existing IP network. The call quality is dependent on the speed of your internet connection and the amount of available bandwidth on your network. While we do not recommend this method as a permanent solution it often works for short video conferences. (call for more details)

3. You can host your meeting at one of our sites or our partner sites World wide.

 

You can also choose the type of meeting you want to host from a list of
video conference options:

PC to VC	Video conference between a PC and full VC system ISDN & IP, MultiPoint or Point to point
Face to face	Video conference meeting between two sites
People and content	Video conference meeting between two sites + desk top application (exel, powerpoint, word, CAD, etc.)
Multi point	Video conference meeting between 3 or more sites
Multi point and content	Video conference meeting between 3 or more sites + desk top application (exel, powerpoint, word, CAD, etc.)
